Why this works
WORKDAY(A2,5) starts on Friday, March 15 and counts 5 working days forward, skipping the weekend: Monday, March 18 to Friday, March 22. The start day itself is not counted. Like NETWORKDAYS it takes a range of holidays as a third argument.
Common mistake: Mixing up WORKDAY and NETWORKDAYS. NETWORKDAYS takes two dates and returns a number; WORKDAY takes a date and a number and returns a date.
The answer
- C2
=WORKDAY(1A2,2B2)
In plain words: The date 2the number of working days in B2 after 1the order date in A2.
