Why this works
OR(test1, test2) is TRUE when at least one test is TRUE. Ane is not Gold, but 650 >= 500 is TRUE, so OR is TRUE and IF shows Yes.
Common mistake: Using AND when only one condition has to hold. OR is TRUE as soon as one test is TRUE.
The answer
- D2
=IF(1OR(B2="Gold",C2>=500),2"Yes",3"No")
In plain words: 1If the tier in B2 is Gold or the order total in C2 is 500 or more, 2show Yes. 3Otherwise show No.
