The AND function
Returns TRUE only when every condition is TRUE. Usually used as the test inside IF.
Syntax
AND(logical1, [logical2], ...)- logical1
- The first condition.
- logical2 (optional)
- More conditions, up to 255.

In plain words: TRUE when 1the score in A2 is at least 50 and 2it is at most 100.
