Why this works
& joins text, and inside ARRAYFORMULA it joins row by row: A2 with B2, A3 with B3 and so on. The " " in the middle is the space between first and last name.
Common mistake: Leaving out the " " in the middle. The names then run together, like AnnBerg.
The answer
- C2
=ARRAYFORMULA(A2:A4&" "&B2:B4)
