# **Show or hide the ribbon**

<dl><dt>**Windows**</dt>
<dd>`Ctrl+F1`</dd>

<dd>`Cmd+Option+R`</dd>
</dl>

Ctrl+F1

Collapses the ribbon to just the tab names, which leaves room for more rows on a small screen. Press it again to bring the full ribbon back. While the ribbon is collapsed, clicking a tab opens it until you click back in the sheet.
