# **Select a whole table**

Step 1 of 4

Add **Shift** to a movement key and Excel selects instead of moving. Shift+arrow adds one cell at a time, and Ctrl+Shift+arrow selects all the way to the edge of the data.

Click **Continue** when you're ready.
