# **Edit a cell without retyping it**

Step 1 of 6

Typing in a cell replaces what's there. To change just part of it, open the cell for editing first: press **F2** (**Ctrl+U** on a Mac) and the cursor goes to the end of the text.

Click **Continue** when you're ready.
